Joel is just great! He shopped around for the best deal without sacrificing coverage. He is incredibly knowledgeable as to how much coverage is needed (or not needed) in each area (Home, Auto, etc.). And he is available - personal service is a beautiful thing! Thanks, Joel!

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I've received from my agent Joel McCauley! He is always available to answer any questions about my coverage or provide additional information on policies when I've needed it. When it came time to change carriers a bout a year ago, Joel got me more coverage than my current carrier offered for LESS money! We'll definitely be staying with Trinity insurance for years to come!
